Kyle Webber SAS Trainer

Kyle Webber – Owner / Head Strength Coach

Kyle Webber, owner/co-founder and head strength coach at SAS Sports Training, has been a resident of Jupiter, Florida for 15 years. He graduated from Jupiter Christian and was a two time varsity player for the Eagles football team. He attended Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina where he pursued his football career and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Kyle was a four time letter winner and started in 36 games for three years on the Runnin’ Bulldogs team. During this time, Kyle received First Team All Big South Academic Honors from 2006-2009. He also received Second Team All Big South Conference Honors in 2007 and 2008. In 2009, Kyle accepted the First Team Honor award.

Following college, Kyle set out on his lifelong dream to play professional football. He began his professional training at the prestigious CES Performance facility in Atlanta, Georgia. At 6’5 and 303 pounds, Kyle’s pro day consisted of running a 4.82 40 yard dash, 4.51 20 yard shuttle, 29 inch vertical jump and a 9’2 broad jump. After his pro day, Kyle reached his dream of signing as a Free Agent with the New York Giants football team. After a brief stint in New York, he completed his career with the Jacksonville Sharks in the Arena Football League.

“Hard work beats talent! Training is what got me to this point.” Over the course of professionally training, Kyle learned a variety of fundamental skills, techniques and drills that he now teaches and incorporates onto the athletes of SAS Sports Training. He is an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified personal trainer. Kyle is truly passionate towards assisting athletes of all ages involved in different sports that maintain a wide variety of skills. He created SAS Sports Training to build the confidence and belief in athletes so that they are eligible to learn and know that they can achieve anything they desire; all you need is passion for what you do.

Corey O’Daniel – Co-Owner / Head Strength Coach

Since early in the 2000’s, Corey O’Daniel has been a strength and conditioning enthusiast. From the first time he stepped into a weight room during the summer prior to his freshman year of high school, he knew he had found his passion. During the nearly stages of his fitness journey, his workouts weren’t particularly organized or complex, but the purpose was always the same: increase strength and performance. Great payoff came from the many hours of hard work, dedication and sacrifice. Corey was twice named an All-State recipient for football in Louisville, Kentucky. Additionally, he was awarded a full football scholarship to Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. Outside of football he also qualified nationally for a USA Power-lifting Competition.

The hard work and dedication didn’t end with these successes. With the dream of playing professional football Corey continued to draw upon his strong work ethic and dedicate himself to his craft. He was a four year starter for the Runnin’ Bulldogs of Gardner-Webb. During this time he was again rewarded for his effort and skill. The recognition included Second Team All-Conference, 2009; First Team All-Conference, 2010 and 2011; and Second Team All-America, 2011. Upon completing his collegiate career he was selected to the prestigious Washington Redskins as a Preferred Free Agent. Upon being released, he had a short down time before being called to a camp tryout for an arena football team in Illinois, The Chicago Rush. He earned a spot on the teams’ practice squad roster. Spending a very short time on the practice squad, he fought his way onto the teams active roster and started at their hybrid offensive line/tight end position.

After football, Corey searched for his true passion and found that helping young athletes and individuals reach their own physical potential and dreams was the aspect of fitness that inspired him. Having accumulated a wealth of knowledge over his athletic career, he decided to put it to use by helping young people, as he had been helped during his career. With the philosophy of “never be satisfied” he continues to educate himself, as well as search for and utilize new techniques with his clients, to best help them obtain the results they are reaching for.

Christian Reddick SAS Sports Trainer

Christian Reddick – Coach / Trainer

Christian Reddick was born and raised in a small city outside of Chicago. He began playing football at the age of 7 and just fell in love with the sport. Football has been a major part of his life and has been his passion, inspiring him to pursue a career in fitness. Christian began training in 7th grade, and his dedication to training landed him a scholarship to the University of Northern Colorado. He was a running back for the Bears, and participated in many speed and training clinics during his four-year college career. Outside of football Christian studied communications and journalism.
Following his college graduation, Christian moved to Florida and began training and working towards his professional career. He began working out with Owner and Co-owner of S.A.S, Kyle Webber and Corey O’Daniel—the three built a strong relationship, and Christian was quickly asked to join the gym. Now with the gym for 2 years—working full-time as a coach and trainer—Christian has found that his true passion is to help athletes excel in their sports.
With his knowledge and passion of the athletic world, his goal is to help others to understand the need for a healthy diet and a good workout program.
