​Kyle Webber, owner/co-founder and head strength coach at SAS Sports Training, has been a resident of Jupiter, Florida for 15 years. He graduated from Jupiter Christian and was a two time varsity player for the Eagles football team. He attended Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina where he pursued his football career and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Kyle was a four time letter winner and started in 36 games for three years on the Runnin’ Bulldogs team. During this time, Kyle received First Team All Big South Academic Honors from 2006-2009. He also received Second Team All Big South Conference Honors in 2007 and 2008. In 2009, Kyle accepted the First Team Honor award.

Following college, Kyle set out on his lifelong dream to play professional football. He began his professional training at the prestigious CES Performance facility in Atlanta, Georgia. At 6’5 and 303 pounds, Kyle’s pro day consisted of running a 4.82 40 yard dash, 4.51 20 yard shuttle, 29 inch vertical jump and a 9’2 broad jump. After his pro day, Kyle reached his dream of signing as a Free Agent with the New York Giants football team. After a brief stint in New York, he completed his career with the Jacksonville Sharks in the Arena Football League.

“Hard work beats talent! Training is what got me to this point.” Over the course of professionally training, Kyle learned a variety of fundamental skills, techniques and drills that he now teaches and incorporates onto the athletes of SAS Sports Training. He is an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified personal trainer. Kyle is truly passionate towards assisting athletes of all ages involved in different sports that maintain a wide variety of skills. He created SAS Sports Training to build the confidence and belief in athletes so that they are eligible to learn and know that they can achieve anything they desire; all you need is passion for what you do

​Corey O’Daniel is not just your typical strength coach from KY.  He is the most upbeat and passionate strength coach you’ll find in the area.  He has extensive football and strength conditioning experience dating back to elementary school all the way through the ranks of the professional level. 



He attended Gardner-Webb University where he was a four year starter. During this phase of his career he accumulated a number of accolades: 2nd Team All Conference, 2009; 1st Team All Conference, 2010, 2011; and 2nd team All-American, 2011.  Upon finishing his career at Gardner-Webb he was selected as a preferred free agent to the Washington Redskins.  Shortly after being released from the team he was signed by the Chicago Rush, where he earned a starting spot at TE.


After the end of his football career Corey’s recognized the great passion he has for developing athletes and non-athletes in their fitness while ensuring good practices. He wants to share his expertise and love of fitness and strength to help you be the best you can be.

With a major in communications and a minor in journalism. With football being his passion through out his life, training has been a huge part of his life. Christian's been training since the 7th grade that is what landed him a scholarship to the University of Northern Colorado. As a running back for the Bears. Christian has participated in many speed and training clinics through out the four years of his college career! With the knowledge and passion he  possess in the athletic world as well as life, his goal is to help others to realize the need for healthy diet and a good workout program. What brought him to S.A.S. was the ownership and the like mindedness of the owners. S.A.S. strives to touch each individuals life one day at a time.  Christian is still pursuing a professional career, and trains daily while still coaching and training at S.A.S.
