S.A.S. Boot Camp is a program for men and women that provide an athletic-based training with accountability, direction and encouragement. Our hour-long training sessions include total body training, strength and resistance exercises, core work, balance training and obstacle courses to get you into shape. S.A.S. Boot Camp also consists of nutritional advice, so you get the most out of your training.
The goal of a fitness Boot Camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance.
